Nicholas Santos

Nicholas Santos is an Associate Professor of Marketing & Management in the Heider College of Business at Creighton University. After completing his MBA and PhD at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Santos spent three years at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University before returning to Marquette University to join the faculty in the business school.

Santos joined the faculty of the Heider College of Business at Creighton University in Fall 2019 when he also began functioning as the rector of the Creighton University Jesuit Community. His research interests include Business Ethics, Business and Society, Catholic Social Teaching, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethical issues in the base-of-the-pyramid market, Marketing strategy for Impoverished Market Segments, and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
